Return and Refund Policy

We produce all our personalized products on a made-to-order basis. That means minimal stock, minimal returns and no emissions from running large warehouses. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we don’t typically accept returns. However, if you're not 100% happy with your order, get in touch within 30 days of your order date and we'll sort it. If 31 or more days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following eligibility criteria:

    1. Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please refrain from using the product if you plan to initiate a return.
    2. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging. This helps us assess its condition and ensures a secure return transit.

    Return Process and Proof of Purchase

    To complete your return, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy. This documentation is crucial in expediting the return process.

    Avoid Direct Manufacturer Returns

    Kindly refrain from sending your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. For a smoother return experience, we encourage you to follow our designated return process.

    Damaged or Incomplete Products Policy

    Contact Us Immediately:

    • Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the package.
    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the outside of the package and all the contents received.

    Review and Resolution:

    • Our team will thoroughly review the provided information.
    • Based on the assessment, we'll propose a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, a refund, or another resolution.

    Return Instructions (if necessary):

    • If we require you to return any damaged or incorrect items, we'll provide you a return shipping label, as well as with clear instructions on how to do so.

    Lost Shipments Policy

    Standard Delivery Times:

    • Our regular delivery time from our supplier is 20-25 working days. (Exclude jewelry message cards and Tshirts)

    Guaranteed Delivery Period:

    We guarantee delivery within 45 days.

    Notification Requirement:

    • If you have not received your parcel within the guaranteed 45 days, please notify us within 2 weeks (no later than 2 months after ordering).

    Resolution Options:

    • In the event of an undelivered order, we can discuss suitable solutions, such as a replacement or a full refund.

    Refund Process:

    When approved for a refund, we strive to expedite the process for your convenience:

    1. Processing Time:

      • Your refund will be processed promptly, within 3 days of approval.
    2. Credit Application:

      • The credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
      • If you made the purchase using a credit card, expect the credit to reflect within 7 days.
      • For PayPal transactions, the credit will also be applied within 7 days.
