How long it take an order to arrive?
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but not later than within 5 business day on payment received. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (for example Christmas or other holidays).
You will receive your order on advertised time from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take one business day to process your order. The delivery time-frame is just an estimate and it does not include weekend or holidays.

Tracking information states my package is delivered, but I havent received it?
Our regular delivery time from the warehouse is 20-25 working days. Snag That Gift does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
I made a mistake in my shipping address? can I get a refund?

My tracking log has not been updated for 5 days already. Why is that?
Typically, it takes approximately 7-10 days. Please note that during holiday periods, the processing time may extend.
